Rehab: Exercises and Traction

Rehab rebuilds the strength, mobility and stability that pain or injury can take away. At Precision Chiropractic ATX it is the exercise and traction side of a CBP care plan, led by Peter Lenhart, our Director of Rehab.

From Peter's bio: "His role is to help patients improve their structure and function via specialized exercises and angular tractions."

Rehab is built around where you are starting and what you want to get back to, then progressed as you get stronger.

What to expect

How it typically works

Assessment

We look at your strength, how you move, and the activities that are hard for you right now.

Your program

You get a plan of exercises and traction set up for your situation, as part of the plan your doctor builds.

Guided sessions

Peter coaches you through each part so every movement is done correctly and safely.

Progress and reassess

The program moves forward as you get stronger, with regular check-ins on your goals.

Common questions

How is rehab different from an adjustment?

Adjustments focus on the spine itself. Rehab builds the strength and movement that support your care between visits.

How long does it take?

It depends on your starting point and goals. Your program is reviewed and progressed over time.
